Now back to the current game, India is paying price for some bad team selection.. I don't know what is the role of Ishant Sharma Why was he selected? To bowl 3 overs?

There was no need to go with three spinners especially on this type of pitch. On top of that Jayant bowled only 10 overs in second innings. Triple centurion Nair left out for Ishant Sharma type jokers. How many chances we will give to him? Saha the wicket keeper can't bat and Rahane seems to struggle against spin for sure! In my view Parthiv may be a better choice and his keeping has also improved from before..

Now catching has been a problem for us for some time. It's high time we improve on that or we will be paying big prices especially against players like Smith.

I have said before that our current batsmen don't play spin that well and having such pitches can backfire us like 2013 England series. I'm not suggesting flat pitches like last series against England either. All in all, my opinion is that we should make pitches which assist our spinners but not rank turners anymore. Not the best analogy but just like we use salt in our food.. Hope we show some strong fight back in second innings even if we loose the game. Time to be bold and make right decisions for next matches for this series!

Also want to thank Vijay for his amazing batting NOT!! Idiot should start practicing catching and work on his fitness also. His lazy attitude may cut his test career short..
