When I mentioned Mark Warburton I had some nerd laughing his head off.

Like Craig Shakespeare until end of season. Talks sense. Easy to relate to for the players.

Some of the names (Giggs, Lennon, Clough et al) are frankly laughable. Just hope they have a half decent replacement lined up - sacking CR with no irons in the fire would be tragic management.

It's going to be hard for whoever comes in now. The timing of the decision isn't great and the new manager still has a poor squad to work with who are low on confidence. It's going to take something special

Warburton has been getting a lot of stick up in Scotland, don't think he's good enough and you're joking with Nigel Clough. Surely?

David Wagner would be my shout. Not happening though

Warburton is a genuine shout, look at his record with Brentford and Rangers.

No one like the idea of Mancini? Think he could do a job, just a question on his man management skills.

Who's interviewing? Rudkin plus the Gang of Four traitors? Ah well, if the players don't like him after a few months they can just run off and tell Daddy Vichai to get rid.

No one knows what has gone on but Ranieri hasn't particularly managed the situation very well over the last few months. And it's a manager we need right now, not a coach

Yeah I've accepted that now, I didn't want to believe that our players could do that to him but they have and there is no way that he could save us.

Honestly mate I've gone from vehemently defending them to them losing every ounce of support I had and I want these players gone. I don't care who they are I want them gone from the club. If that means relegation and rebuilding then I would honesty prefer it because I don't feel happy supporting these players anymore. So angry.

Rodgers anyone? Doubt he'll leave before lifting the title at Celtic though

I trust the owners 100% to have made the decision they feel is right.
