R.I.P. The Golden Vision

I saw him play against us. Too long ago to have a clear memory, plus I only really looked at our players then. But I do carry a memory of a dangerous player.

I worked with a big Evertonian until only recently and we went through the 1960's players and there was mention of greats including Brian Labone, Gordon West and Keith Newton. They had passed away in recent years, and now Alex Young has sadly left us.

I feel a telephone call will be due in the coming days.
