Why do you care about Wolves if you're flying so high?
I personally enjoy the black country derby, don't see why you'd want to see them dropping further down the leagues and making any chance of regular derbies unlikely.
I don't consider Wolves to be our rivals so I don't care whether we play them ever again. However, I do enjoy seeing them fail because it makes people like Uncle Herbert, etc look even more foolish than usual.
come on. they are your cup final.
You don't consider wolves your rival?
Are you even a WBA fan?
Quite right Busby. I absolutely agree with you. There is a certain irrational hatred between Wolves and WBA. Notwithstanding most of it is banter and I'd like to see us playing again.
As for Palace, Pulisaurus, I expect your favourite manager to put out a strong side in a match which will be a must win for him. We are up against his favourite chairman.
I expect Palace to have more possession, more corners, more free-kicks, more shots on target and more shots off target than us. However I expect Palace to have less goals at 10 to 5 on Saturday.

Villa are our local rivals!
Within the Black Country there are quite a few 'local' derby's, Albion v Wolves being one of them.
There are lots of reasons why we are happy to see Wolves suffer:
They're ugly
They're, generally, fat
They smell
They keep banging on about 2 of the years in the 50's
They're not actually very good
They've never actually been very good (apart from 2 years in the 50's)
They employ people like Zenga and Saunders (crimes against football)
Wolves fans are just not very nice.
They wear yellow (I don't like yellow)

you sing a song before kick off and all scream eff off wolves
Since when have Leeds been such a paragon of virtue?
Big 'if'....but if we win on Saturday we then move to within 1 point of Everton, who play at Spurs on Sunday.
We then go to Everton the following week. Huge game!
In reality, excluding Sjoke, our local rivals based on league position are Birmingham City. They are also ugly but don't smell as badly as a Dingle.
Leicester sniffing around Pulis as a replacement.
Interesting.....
A lot of Premier League clubs and almost every Championship club would love to get Pulis on board. Trust me, if anyone offered him a golden hello of £4m (£2.4m net at current tax rates) to cover the loss of his £2m Crystal Palace bonus plus the legal costs he incurred in that case, he'd think about it.
Back to the rivalry thing. We like to care about Wolves the same way their fans care about Albion. And let's face it, Wolves would love to be playing the Black Country derby right now instead of facing the Third Division again. The trouble is, their squad and current manager are barely Championship quality. Last summer's signings and this season's results have proved that.

A possible scenario or Albion could offer him a 'bumper' new deal.
