I kind of feel that Ibra did mean to stamp on him personally.

Look at it again, are you telling me someone with the agility he has for a big man couldn't make a better attempt to jump over Mings?

He just about clears his body but connects with his studs. I'm not condoning what Mings did at all, they both tried to do each other but to say Ibra didn't connect is as "laughable" as the jumping into his elbow comment.

As the poster above says though,

"The irony to all this is that Mings and Ibra don't seem bothered one bit."

It doesn't look like a natural movement to me really. Looks like he meant to catch him with the back of his studs, which he did.

One might say very accurately. Like a black belt.

Yeah me too. It doesn't look a natural movement to me at all.

Moot though.

Yep Ibrahimovic did mean to stamp on him.

He jumps and comes down on his right foot, he's right footed.

Normally a hurdle will involve jumping off and landing on your weaker foot using your strong side for balance.

Like his penalty, he didn't connect properly!

That's probably why he wanted whatever happens in the pitch to stay on the pitch, this is bound to get brought up in the review.

As for Rooney "seeing" it, lying wannabe manc!

Look at the video .....open your eyes....
----------------------------------------------------------------------
i've seen the video, and i'm sure if he wanted to he could have properly stamped on him. all i see is one player hurdling another, and his fall being made awkward by the fact his team mate is in the way.

other than a few twitterati haven't seen any real suggestion that it was deliberate.

do love the indignation of the liverpool fans though, their most recently feted player spent 3 1/2 seasons here biting/eye gouging/stamping/kicking/raking studs etc, didn't receive a single red card on the pitch, and only the bite was subsequently punished.

Me too...but that's not the point...
----------------------------------------------------------------------
i thought we were arguing that zlatan tried to stamp on him and missed? or am i half asleep?

and for the liverpool fans, this is what an "unnatural movement" on a football pitch looks like:

So Robbing thinks Mings which connected with Ibra's head was an accident and Ibra's which missed Mings was intentional. Support Liverpool by any chance?
