that takes away the seriousness of this situtation
if another defeat is expected by so many, would it count as a humiliation? or simply par for the course?

i don't know, bayern are in the top 3-4 teams in europe, a narrow defeat tonight wouldn't be unacceptable (though it would look worse because of the run you are on and the mounting pressure)
It will be embarrassing to lose for the 5th time in 6 games. However a bigger score line will no doubt be worse. If for their own pride, Arsenal need to get a positive result, but can only foresee a massive defeat

A 5 goal+ agg defeat for any English club is humiliation to me. If it was Spurs or anyone else I'd be saying the same.
2-1 moral victory, followed by a run of about 8 straight wins.
Those season tickets won't just renew themselves, will they?
Wengers genius should see aresnal get at least 4.
If I thought for one second that Arsenal winning 4-0 would guarantee Wenger's retention i'd watch this & cheer you on like a man possessed
