No I've joined one of the finance teams for a FTSE 100 firm. Quiet lucky actually because a recruiter got in touch as I was almost joining a "consultancy" firm.

I actually never applied to the recruiter directly. They found my CV on either Reed or Indeed csnt remember.

I sort of got my latest one through a recruitment agency but we came to a deal me and the COO i basically said i want an extra 3k on what you're offering and he said i'll give you an extra 5k but i'm telling the agency we're not offering you it so we don't have to pay their fee and don't say nothing to them
