It's actually possible that we could win the thing without having to play Barca, Byern and Real!!
Can you imagine if that happened, opposition fans would go ballistic! Haha

I think you overestimate how much fans would care. If anything the nation would probably get behind you. I doubt many UK football fans would rather see Barca win the CL than Leicester

Maybe. Personally I'd prefer an English club to win it. Good for the league.
As you will no doubt understand from my previous post I am delighted by this. We can beat AM but whatever the result as long as it is a fair contest then so be it.
Or alternatively completely unfair and biased towards us. I could probably live with that.

Come on people AM are 5 points behind Sevilla and have lost 7 games this season; they are beatable no doubt. That said they have conceded the least goals in La Liga to date apart from Villareal but even so we can do this we really can.
I want Leicester to win it and I don't normally cheer on other English teams, it'd be far better than seeing Barca, Bayern or Madrid win it yet again.

It would certainly be entertaining watching journalists and pundits trying to make sense of it and explain it to their respective audiences.

would be worth it just for this alone,
I think Andy Goldstein on Talksport would have a stroke if we won the CL.
Talksport hate us with a passion very little coverage don't get me started!!!!
roy keane who sees us as an irritation
even this week
after he just about complimented us on " getting back to form"
lampoons vardy for cheating not games man-ship ?
was hardly a paragon of virtue himself
* cough* Alf Inge Haaland
deliberately ended his career
We have no chance. Hope I'm wrong again.

Totally agree, except I always cheer on not just English clubs in Europe but also Scottish ones. (You have to go back to when I were a lad to remember the winning days of Celtic, Rangers and Aberdeen.) As a Baggies fan, I was punching the air and cheering like mad when Villa won the European Cup in 1982.
The whole country would love it, just love it, if Leicester won it this year. Except maybe some narrow-minded Derby fans, who still believe Forest robbed them of two European Cup wins, and can't stand the thought of Leicester winning it.
Don't forget the Wolves and Leeds fans, they'd hate it more!
Atletico is a great tie for Leicester. They have been poor this season and struggle against teams that basically play their style of football. Could see you getting through and hopefully drawing the winners of Dortmund/Monaco in the SF
A Madrid probably the worst team Leicester could draw
They won't just attack you and be suckered into your counter attack game.
They are the ultimate grinders and will be happy to win it in the 90th minute of the 2nd leg if they have to.
End of the road for Leicester I think. You would have been better off drawing Barca or Bayern.
We won't attack and they're the overwhelming favourites so it will be them who has to change because we absolutely 100% will not.
^ well we will attack but we won't let them affect our game plan. They're at home first and we'll just sit in so what are they going to do just sit back as well? Nah they're the big club and they will believe they can take
the initiative. We can't both play our own game and it won't be us who changes.
You must have never seen Atletico Madrid if you think they won't adapt just because they are favourites.
