It doesn't work the same here to be honest, she is not famous at all and i doubt 99% of Americans would have a clue who she is.

Unforutnately she 'made' it thanks to Britains tabloid culture, and that doesn't exist here.

The news channels In this country are becoming more and more fixated with events in the US, growing up In the 70's/80's you hardly got any American news stories, now it's an everyday occurrence

to be honest, i use the bbc news website for updates every few days. that's about as much

i stay well away from sky news though. i find they sensationalise a lot of news stories. sort of scaremongering. thats in my opinion though. I dont trust sky at all.

as far as the us new channels go, i' watched a lot of cnn during the elections and they were obviously anti trump and then fox news pro trump, the news channels over there are very slick, well polished presenters and i can see why if a news channel is pushing their agenda out everyday 24/7 that people buy into it. its brainwashing americans on a mass scale..

I used to put on the news every day at some point but haven't bothered since the latter stages of the presidential campaign and have only heard Trumps voice twice the last six months, twice to many granted but quite a proud record

It really is, the most ironic thing i have seen was Trump apparently banned CNN for something or other at his briefings, i laughed, he should be paying them because without their ridiculous anti Trump stance he would not have got half as many votes!!

She got famous after participating in The Apprentice back in 2006, but she got fired obviously.

Since then she's spread her name through the likes of Big Brother and I'm a Celeb. Now she works for some big radio station where she's allowed to preach her hatred for anything non white.

It really is becoming the worst thing about the UK these days to be honest, the tabloid culture and this fascination with minor celeb status, it is sucking the country of its intelligence.

Social media is just the enabler.

It's the people. Plain and simple.

I can't believe someone actually married her.

She didn't actually get fired on the apprentice she got down to the last 2 or 3 then walked out saying she didn't want to move her kids to London. A lot of people thought she just went on to get famous

Her first husband binned her off for another woman

To a point social media doesn't help but if that were the case why isn't celebrity plugged in the same way here as it is in the UK?

I honestly thought it would be when i moved here but six years in and i haven't sampled a single dose of it unless i personally go looking for it whereas in the UK it is just about unavoidable.
