As horrible as this may sound I always wondered why matches don't get targetted.

These vehicles into crowds has to be copycat psychos rather than actual Isis. But Isis happy to take credit as it get them in news.

Honestly, I think it's only a matter of time before an incident does take place at a football stadium. The fact that it'll be televised will be a selling point to the terrorists too.

In your Pakistan's and Africa etc you get mall attacks train stations celebrities etc. All using bombs and firearms etc for maximum damage and coverage

I can remember long before ISIS and Al Queada that the sun reported on a serious terror plan at Wembley... but they mocked up some images of the plan... It had a guy running on to the pitch with a classic cartoon bomb trying to reach Beckham... but Safe hands Seaman managed to save the bomb and stop the attack... Classic Sun

There is a lot of work done behind the scenes to stop large co-ordinated acts like that.
The less people involved the harder it is to stop, such as today.

There have been quite a few attacks stopped over the years.

I can see an Arsenal game in the near future being a target for an incident like this. But it'll more likely be from the WOB than terrorists.

I am not convinced tbh. I worked in community safety for 15 years and I believe some of the stuff that gets said is not accurate or portrayed properly. Putting the likes of choudary in prison is seen as foiling plots but am not convinced he would do that

I agree about less people but again there are surely there are targets that would be less policed and thus likely yo cause more carnage

Don't try to twist it. I was trying to catch up on the news. I'm shocked at what happened.

Manna from Heaven for Marine le Pen and the proposed policies of Trump for those pushing that agenda.
There is nothing wrong with protecting your own people from terrorism even using measures that some find excessive are acceptable to me.
