So it wasn't the players then

It seems like it was everyone's fault except Ranieri himself, hmmmmm

Dunge/TB. That wasn't me defending Ranieri, it was me giving the reasons why the reluctance of the players to accept his methods failed.

I would still argue that the players were better than the performances they put in, even if given zero instructions or tactics before a game.

Ultimately, Ranieri has to take responsibility for misjudging that and for losing the players and backroom if that's what happened.

Lmao do lester fans actually think Pig boy changed everything in one week and the players immediately returned to last season's level just like that? In just one week?

It ain't possible.

Yes it is, you watched it happen. It wasn't that difficult really, a couple of changes to the team and tactics to give us back the high pressing energetic team that we saw win the title last year.

If it's a nice person I won't say anything about how they look, but Shakespeare both looks ugly and has an ugly personality as well, so I'm cool making fun of him.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You're a stupid little cant Wahl and you're making assumptions based on appearance you horrible little fack!

Shakey is a right laugh and has a huge personality, he's the person that holds this club together so shut up with your facking bullshiitt! Waankner!

posted on 11/4/17

And yes it is possible to turn it around when the players are played properly you stupid little cant!

posted on 11/4/17

He has an ugly personality because he stabbed Ranieri in the back.

And it ain't possible to recover your players confidence and get them back to top form in one week. The only explanation is that the players weren't trying with Ranieri and started again when he was fired.

Dunge you asked what JR's motive would be and I really don't know but I "suspect" CR wasn't happy with his performance, blamed him for lack of signings and ultimately blamed him for our performamces on the pitch. This lead to tension and will JR being bumchums with the owners and CR suggesting it could only be directors or owners, which means it limits who it could be. Susan Whelan? Nah I can't see it. Andrew Neville? Why? That makes no sense. The owners? If they want to push him out then nobody can say anything about that because it's their football club. It's got to be JR because he's the only one who CR could have fallen out with.

No he didn't you cretin! CR confirmed he didn't believe it wasn't him or the players and believes only directors and owners have that power! Twaat!

Yeah yeah sure.

I ain't an idiot. I can see what's happened with my own two eyes unlike you.

posted on 11/4/17

Wahl you're a complete idiot! Everyone knows why we're better now and it's because the players are being asked to play the way they know how. CR changed our style of play and we were shiiitt because it didn't suit them. CS changes it back, which CR "should" have done and we go back go being the way we were last season. If you're too facking stupid to see that then seriously just keep your comments to yourself because you're WRONG!

You think Shakespeare completely changed everything back and restored his players' confidence in one week? It is not possible and anyone apart from you can see that.

Have you not listened to anything any of the players have said?

They used the media and idiots like you to spur them on to get the win against Liverpool and then confidence grew but it stemmed from CR changing our style of play. This is the reason for an upturn in form.

Look you're looking from the outside in whereas we're looking at it from the inside out. You don't watch us week in week out so you can't possibly understand. So instead you just come on here with your absolute bullshiitt and wind people like me up to the point where I'm calling you a cant, twatt and waanker. I don't want to be using language like that but you're infuriating!

you know as much as I do, we're both looking at it from the outside. It's so stupid if the players needed Ranieri to be fired to get motivated, they should have been motivated by the pressure Ranieri was under. It's pretty obvious that the players gave up on Ranieri, I think most Lester fans can see that. You should just admit it.

The difference between you and I on this matter, is I understand what CR was doing this season and why it didn't work. I'm under no illusion about that and even other managers, Mark Hughes most recently, have noticed that our style of play has changed and as a result we've reverted back to our "normal" selves.

I can also see that the players did give up on him because they didn't know what they were supposed to be doing. I believe it was either Kasper or Drinky said "we don't know what we facking doing" in the lounge afterwards because they didn't.

Tactics weren't clear, some players pressed, others didn't, some went to press and then dropped back and it looked like they felt like they should press but that wasn't the instruction. It was an absolute shambles, we were getting hammered every week and we weren't set up to beat teams.

I would lose confidence in a manager who changed a winning formula too. Why try to fix something that isn't broken? It's ridiculous!

So the players magically regained their confidence in one week after Ranieri was fired?

And don't say they were motivated by the hate blah blah blah, fighting to save Ranieri's job should have been all the motivation they needed.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
We regained confidence after we beat Liverpool and then Hull at home was a banker and momentum grew. This wouldn't have happened though if we didn't change our style of play.

No matter what the players did it wouldn't matter. There were loads of games earlier in the season when I said "I can't fault the effort, we tried but we were shiitt" or "we were looking good until we conceded".

It wasn't a lack of effort that landed us in that position, it was wrong tactics.

posted on 11/4/17

How did they beat Liverpool without confidence? Confidence was never the problem, the players weren't trying for Ranieri and started trying again as soon as Ranieri was fired. That's why you got good results in the CL too because the players cared about those games enough but didn't care about the PL games. It's so obvious and makes total sense but you keep denying it for some reason.

posted on 11/4/17

I'm not arguing about this anymore, you're wrong and that's all there is to it.

Even Nev, who was convinced it was the players has now changed his tune. CR and CS both said they had a good relationship and didn't fall out. So if both are saying it, what do you think that means? I'd suggest it means that it wasn't CS or the players.

So why don't you look to blame the person who did go behind his back and leave CS and the players out if it?

posted on 11/4/17

Because it clearly is pig boy. Ranieri basically said it was last night.

Oh my god you are painful. I literally just facking explained that!

CS changed our tactics, he reverted back to our high pressing and we scored a couple of early goals. Confidence grew. It's basic stuff not rocket science.

The games in the CL we didn't play that well we hush it results because we were better than them. We didn't really play well until Sevilla at home. The other games we did what we had to do.
