us doing well at the moment is what is making the gooonlets all the more frustrated
they would be kicking off a bit if they were 6th and we were 5th, but with them 6th and us 2nd the poor little darlings are almost suicidal
refusing to give their own team the ball back at a throw in when losing the game
Doubt it's anything to do with that chronic but i'm sure in your head it sounds nice

You're doing well, still won't win anything though. Gooners are pi$$ed off cos we're $hit and going nowhere, nothing to do with Spurs whatsoever.

that's pretty much all you have gloated about over the last 10 or so seasons when you weren't up to much trophy wise, including your players and fans celebrating coming above us on last day of the season like winning the champions league....

Not fussed about them. Focused on what we're doing and what we're trying to achieve.

I know you'd like to believe this but it's a self-flattering nonsensical fantasy. Sure, in Redknapp's season when you threw away a double-digit lead and in the season when AVB was gobbing off about "negative spirals" when you built another handsome lead, there were high-fives and backslapping when we pipped you in the table to qualify for CL. I've seen hundreds of bigger celebrations watching Arsenal. The notion of us wildly celebrating finishing above you is pure fantasy. As if something we've done for over 20 years without fail is such a source of excitement. If anything, the whole "St. Totteringham Day" crap feels forced. It has often served as some kind of consolatory gallows humour when we conclude another sheite season.
Sherrif trying to deny the fact that his s** club celebrate finishing above Spurs like a trophy. Your whole team and supporters were celebrating with joy because you Coke above us and got 2nd place: you pretending this didn't happen and pretending that you guys are not bothered is even more of an embarassment than your pathetic nosedive of a season.
Nothing to deny. As I said, it's delusional rubbish. Saying we celebrated finishing above you is one thing. Saying we celebrated it like a trophy is like I said self-flattering waffle. Like finishing above you is worth anything other than a laugh at your serial bottling. Post these videos of us celebrating like we won a trophy and contrast it with how we celebrate actually winning trophies or even contrast it with your players stripping to their underpants and spraying around bubbly and drenching Redknapp when you first won the top 4 trophy.

FFS you lot were more excited about finishing above us again than when you won the FA cup ffs
Spurs fans obsess over other clubs, most clubs look at their own achievements in a season in themselves and say whether they did well or badly (usually badly for us).
Spurs seem obsessed about how they've done in comparison to others. You could finish 18th and see it as a good season if Liverpool and Arsenal came 19th and 20th. Small club mentality.
Increasingly less and less people are alive that have seen you win the league. 56 years ago. If you say that blokes going were 12-40 plus then there is likely only a couple of hundred pensioners that go to games that saw you as champions. Startling thought but does give you the right to see second place as an achievement because you haven't finished there often since 61 have you. What larks Pip what larks.
Win our next three and I think that is 2nd done and dusted. 77pts on the board would need a couple of teams to have Herculean ends to the season by their standards for us to let it slip, and with us still 4 games to play to boot
3 more wins and we will be well in the mix for the title in my opinion. Fack Arsenal and United, they are fighting for a qualifying spot

And I'm still telling you you're talking out of your arrse. Repeating the same patent falsehood again and again doesn't make it true. Sorry. But keep flattering yourself if it makes you feel better.
Arsenal are finished as we know them (whether that turns out good or bad), whether Wenger goes this Summer or next. They have a top to bottom reorganistion to sort out, and the crusty old spunker's fingerprints are everywhere.
It is an interesting development, but fack them. We are on great footing now, and I fully expect a title challenge again next season with a team approaching its peak in terms of age, having the benefit of familiarity.
All the big boys will have European distrations next season, and I include Everton in that. Level playing field
or even contrast it with your players stripping to their underpants and spraying around bubbly and drenching Redknapp when you first won the top 4 trop"
What like your pathetic players taking selfies every time you finish in the top 4 you mean ? Celebrating in the changing room like you won a trophy

How does that take anything away from what I've said? I happened to be looking through the premier league board and this interested me.
Palace was a struggle at WHL as I recall and at the moment they beat Chelsea, lose to Saints and thrash Arsenal. Bournemouth should be a 3-0 at least but the London derbies??????????????? Not sure.

Didn't know taking selfies was the hallmark of celebrations - something our players do after good league matches. Just give it up lad. You're talking utter rubbish. You can keep flattering yourself that we celebrated finishing above you like a trophy. The reality still shows you're talking out of your arsse. But anything that makes you feel important is fine. I empathize with the feelings of irrelevance.
Couldn't give a f** about feeling important as we do our talking on the pitch where as your weak mob are more interested in taking selfies after finishing in the top 4 we're miles better than you so you preaching on here does f*** all really.
Uuhhh..... giving it the big 'un. All these years of blowing your load early and embarrassing yourself across all boards and crawling under a rock when you've been made to look a silly self-parody when your team bottle it again.....like I said, I empathize.
But your being better than us isn't relevant to fabricating stuff out of your arrse to flatter yourself.
No offence to Spurs fans but until they win things they will struggle to receive the respect their fans feel think they. deserve. In future, no one will remember anything about Spurs finishing second or third or above Arsenal etc.
Fact is Spurs have yet to achieve anything tangible but they have a good chance in the coming years if they can get that first one. However, the risk of falling back into mediocrity without actually achieving anything is very real for Spurs.
It would be better if we did have a European commitment next season. The lack thereof might tempt our best players to go elsewhere; or might attract tempting offers from European clubs.
Watching the Bayern/Madrid game today it was so obvious how much better the standard of play was, compared with the EPL. Alli is ambitious enough to be tempted to try his skills at this level, if an offer came.
I also thought Bale and Modric were not at all outstanding in this match. Past their prime.
But boy, what a match!! Spoilt to some extent by a sending off. Neuer kept Bayern in the game - he is the best GK going.
