Fellaini was at fault for the goal as well like against Everton lol. He just let that player run into the box and head it in.

Thought we played well first half but poorly in the second.

Sometimes I think we lack that urgency to get forward when we have the chance to break. Not sure if that is down to tactics though.

Having said that Anderlecht are poor and we should beat them by at least a couple of goals next week.

Since the turn of the year, our football has been as bad as the dark days of LVG's reign.

Rarely remember a game with LVG where I thought we should've been clear by atleast 2 more goals.

Fellaini was ball watching. Worst part is if he read the game he could have saw the player sprinting into the box but instead that player made like 5yds on him and scored.

Seriously his can people compare this team to LVG

Also the lack of chemistry between our attackers is a huge worry. We are just pedestrian and going through the motions every time the ball goes forward.

I think Zlatan is the issue. He doesn't link up effectively with the midfield.

We outshot the opposition in 11 out of 12 european games and normally by over the double the shots.

We were far more dominant and unlucky in europe under LVG then under Mourinho.

I feel the same, he's very slow and also a terrible passer. I would like to see him leave this summer.

Under Jose I'm not too sure. Like Rostov, we'll set out cautiously and invite pressure onto ourselves. We got a little lucky in that game. But I'm a but nervous about this one

Defensively we have improved massively. Difficult to beat, that much is obvious.

Offensively, it is obvious we are not being coached properly here.

There would have been no complaints at all if we replicated the first half in the second. We just can't seem to put together a 90 minute performance though.

Still, it's a decent enough result and Anderlecht will have to commit more at OT.

The rest of the season is all about results now. It's that important to get CL next season IMO.

So static. When pogba had that shot or fellaini Simeon should have been busting a gut for the rebounds

This team certainly isnt as dull as LVG.
Do people actually remember how dull we were ?

For all his goals I think he has hindered us at times. What was he doing tonight? Strolling around the midfield with no one up front

Anderlecht only finished 2 points ahead of that rubbish Club Brugge lol and thats mainly because Club Brugge bottled it. I know next part of the league is still on. LVG Man Utd destroyed Club Brugge and we missed about 20 chances and still beat them 7-1 in CL qualifer. Hernandez left due to that 0-4 win away to them lol, missed an open goal and a penalty.

this is all down to the manager
I said before jose came he does not know how to set up a team offensively is offensive tactic is simply relying on his stars to do the job

I really don't know how to explain it but his tactics do not help attackers rather attackers are expected to play well despite his tactics

i did like the high press we employed in the first half

We completely dominated nearly every home game under LVG though lol.
