I've got no issues with Moreno taking that on himself. Sure, he needs to score, but he's created it himself. Decision making fine, execution poor is all.
Fluck me that is a terrible united lineup...
Worst I have ever seen?!?

Unable to watch the game, but judging from what I saw on here, Mig has pretty much saved us four points in the last two games????

Massive at set pieces too. Came and got absolutely everytjing.

Back to back away wins at Stoke and WBA with Mig being brilliant in both. Love it

I don't blame him either.
But he can't win in most fans eyes, needs to move on as he will never get a fair hearing here.
Anyone else would have been praised for the pressing, my stream was 3 Mins behind and I genuinely thought we had conceeded a goal based on the posts.
Ludicrous overreaction

Absolutely. He's central with no-one in front of him. Sturridge is basically in the touchline with a man to bear still.
last 5 mins was sunday afternoon pub footy,,,,fkn hilarious, moreno open goal and 2 players clear...misses

Go wide to Sturridge and what's to stop the three defenders getting across?
To get the ball to can he needs to pass it between two of them.
Any option was a risk, wasn't far wide, frustrating yes but the posts on here were fackin crazy
Get in I can go and get p!ssed in town now, cheers mig!
Souness is piling on moreno too.

He had an easy ball to play to a more clinical player either side would have done who after receiving the ball would have been a little closer to the goal.
I thought it was an incredibly poor decision from a player who regularly makes poor decisions.

I think Moreno was right in shooting no problem with that. But how he hasn't scored that I don't know. Just another nail in his coffin with his LFC career! The lad is just poor. He will do well in Spain or Italy where he has more time on the ball and less pressing.

Gotta disagree. Moreno is absolutely fine in possession of the ball. His technique and ability with the ball at his feet has never been the issue.
It's his defensive positioning and discipline which is the problem. That can be taught.
But at this point he's basically emile heskey. People ignoring his good points to focus on the bad for "bantz"

It would be so satisfying if he could maintain this form for the rest of the season. It would show he has so much more character than many give him credit for.
Milner miss was also bad but poor Moreno is always an easy target.

Milners miss was far worse for me.
"It's his defensive positioning and discipline which is the problem. That can be taught."
------
Can be taught to someone who is able to take instruction and develop.
Look at Milner, playing left back solidly, had to learn in 3 months.
Moreno has been playing left side including left back for many years, still hasn't got it.
No footballing brain.
Mignolet was brilliant today. Stood tall, punched well and made a fantastic save.
Milners miss was bad too.. equally so but he was never in control of the ball.
Moreno has the ball under control and in full decision making power of the situation.
I'm optimistic for this season and next for one main reason. I think Klopp has finally realised that we don't have to play good and attacking football all the time. There are games like today and at Stoke where we need to play a defensive midfielder like Lucas and be agrressive against opposition physical game and long ball
i will be honest, i wouldnt have moreno in the team i play in on a thursday. He has no football brain at all, completely fkn void
moreno is gone this summer. he does not have what it takes and Klopp rarely plays him.
good win today and pits immense pressure on the gooners to win all their games in hand.
