Looking at the run in for both sides I'd be amazed if Spurs got more points than Chelsea let alone four more.

However I am devastated with yesterday's performance. A chance for Chelsea to put one hand on the trophy and we put in that display. A long of work still for Conte to do in order to cement Chelsea as a powerhouse for sure, if we were competing in Europe this season no way would we be top of the league.

Our form hasn't even been that bad, it's just Tottenham have been absolutely killer. I read something like they've won 14 of their last 17 games I think. Dunno if that was the actual stat, but if it is anything like that it's crazy and if they win the league they'll deserve it. It's not really Chelsea losing the league because they haven't had a bad run of form, it's more Tottenham winning the league because of how crazy good they've been.

I think Tottenham can win their last 6 games. They're hard games, but Tottenham are the best team in the league at this moment. They should go into every game as favourites. And if they win all their games and then Chelsea lose at Everton which I think we will then I think Chelsea can't drop any more points.

" However, some Chelsea fans have been making those comments about Spurs favourite to win the title "

Did you believe it?

If Spurs win all of their remaining games then they deserve to win the title.

I can't see it though, each and every one of their games is a banana skin including Hull on the last day who may need points in order to stay up.

Yes but we have to get our mojo back and quick. That match yesterday lacked passion on behalf of our players.

For a team that's gonna win the league, Chelsea's form against the likely top 6 hasn't been Great, but They've only dropped 5 points all season against the rest, and that's what will win them the league. Can see them only dropping 3 points at most from their remaining games.

Yes, Spurs have won 14, drawn 2 and lost 1 in the last 17.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Even by that incredible passage of form, if it continues then Spurs are still likely to drop points in one of their games. Averaging dropping points 1 in 6 games and that is if you keep up the incredible form

Why not ? In the form we are in, we are more than capable of winning our final 6 games. You proved against palace that no home game is a gimme either. Yes I think you will probably just edge it but to sit there and say " no panic " when you have blown a 11 point gap to 4 in the space of a month is embarrassing

Exactly. Guy above is way to arrogant and over confident like Chelsea are in super form and Spurs are no threat you have lost 2 games in 3, so that should tell you something.

Regardless of what happens in the remainde of this season, I can envisage yet another summer wanckfest of the media talking up Pool`s chances for next season. Next year will be the Mousers` year.

lost 2 out of last 4. Its a concern but should be used as a motivating factor by Conte to get back on track. This is where he should earn his money

Said on another thread that Chelsea are nailed on to win those 4 nice home games. We are relying on them slipping up vs Everton away AND West Brom away, which could maybe happen, but even then we'd have to win our last 6 straight games which would amount to a 13 game winning streak. As much as we've improved, I really can't see us achieving that level of consistency, there will be dropped points somewhere along the way, which will be enough for Chelsea to get over the line.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
For our sake I really hope you're right.

Maybe we can do a deal, you can have the fa cup and we'll have the league?

Ace, whilst I agree Chelsea will probably edge it and this league title will unfortunately be to much of an ask for us but surely you would say Chelsea v palace was a total gimme ? These sides are literally fighting for their lives so whilst you would expect Chelsea to win, I don't think it's a certainty
