crazy,
I think india have done ok-ish...... 136-4 after 35, maybe able to strech 240? thats competitive all things considered this summer....
There's a match thread

which is only opened to certain nationalities based on comments made from the OP yesterday... very unfortunate.... which is probably why only 3/4 people have main contributed to the 90+ comments made....
I was really hoping India would post a big total & put some pressure on England to chase.
Again, India have crumbled under England's vastly superior pace attack leaving their lower order to rescue them with some late big hitting.
I understand that India have injuries but where are their back up players because England are playing with them!!
World champions? I can't see them retaining that title if they carry on in this way..

well, they will for another 3 years yet anyways
does anyone know if the ODI rankings will change if England were to win 4-0?
crazy,
England currently sit in fifth position on 107 rating points - 10 rating points behind third-ranked India and nine points behind fourth-placed South Africa.
A 5-0 series win will earn Alastair Cook's side nine rating points and will dock India eight rating points.
This will mean England will join South Africa on 116 rating points but will be ranked ahead of the Proteas when the ratings are calculated beyond the decimal point whereas India will slip to fifth position on 109 ratings points.
Thanks Afridi, this really hasn't been a tour series for India!
It looks like they may be able to post a half-decent score thanks to Raina & Dhoni playing some good cricket.
Will they be able to put pressure on England's batsman? I still think that Praveen Kumar is a very good bowler & will cause England a few problems.
crazy, a 4-0 victory will probably mean mean england at second spot and india at fifth....
average score at lords is 235, so on that basis india may just be on par.... but with their bowlers, you'd expect england to knock it off easy
It must be hard for India's batsman watching England bring in bowler after bowler.
anderson looks for yorker every ball in last over, why is that.
I don't know, Anderson seems to be brilliant with the new ball but gets hit at the death
when showing friends the cricket they think it's hilarious the way the Indian fans wear silly hats, scream when they hit a single, go absolutely nuts over Sachin & wobble their bodies about like lunatics.

Anderson looks abit lost when it comes to death bowling.....
Why are the Indian fans booing the England players?

Probably same reason that the indian fans booed the english national anthem in 2009 T20 world cup match!!
simple because they lack the sportsman spirit. You can well notice this in matches that are played in India, whenever the opponent team seems to outplay them theres a pin drop silence in the stadium.
crazy,
you wanted a competitive score, i think you've got one here.....
Have you ever seen donkey bowling..... well england are doing that perfectlly.... and ohh god tim bresnan what was that.... donkey fielding
281.... england will not even come close to this target.... watch this space
shall we wait to welcome some lost fellows today . India have put a good total.
Tell you what, if india lose now with this total and considering that the average score here is 235, also no KP and Morgan..... we might lose a few fellows, never mind welcome some back.......
why are you acting like such a child viru?
why can't you just have a grown up conversation?
You cant talk about Englands bowling.. Dhoni & Raina were superb
If keisey is still there come the 11th over, i think england should see it out providing they dont lose more than a couple of wickets
