If you obtain a red card from the match that goes to golden goal you start with a 1 goal handicap meaning you must score two to win. Adding on each one for each red card.

Does this apply in actual GG matches or not?

I feel a bit bad about that two goal thing, can't have been easy mentally knowning you had to get two goals, especially as we both defend so well.

I literally didn't do anything, he just ran into my player, was well mad.

it was my fault for a rash challenge. I changed my formation a bit in last game to try and attack more to get 2 goals.

I couldn't stop laughing when I got the penalty... then I was nearly in tears when I missed it! the highs and lows of fifa

My confusion was though, is it the matches LEADING to GG which count for that rule

Or do actual GG matches count too? I suppose the fact we played another match made the two goal rule count

But yeah you went to the left too, so if it was on target it would've been game over.

Basically if in the second game you get someone sent off. Then the GG the player who got a sending off will need two goals to win rather than just the one

Yeah I made that rule and it is rather fair, I just didn't know what happened in actual GG matches. For example in the first full match Junior would've been punished with being down to 10 men anyway.

However since it went to a 2nd GG game he got 11 men back, surely that's when it should apply?

Let me get this straight

You played the two games and then went GG. During GG junior got avsending off. There was no goal

It then went to a second GG game or 4th overall

If he got a sending off in first GG then rule applies in 2nd as he was already handicapped in first GG

Exactly, just clearing it up now so we have a precedent for future matches.
