On this halves evidence I wouldn't be against giving Rooney another contract he can still do a very good job for us.

I know i have been saying it for years now. His impressive stats, his hair surgery has given him a new lease of life.

I think Rooney will get a five year extension!

He's not staying. His agent has been mounting off to the stewardesses at OT about it for months. Rooney didn't even renew his matchday box

He's their most creative player and they've offered nothing. Just because he's not a big game doesn't mean that Jose hasn't done his homework and realised who the danger man is for Burnley

People keep saying where would we be without Zlatan's goals. I never get this sort of statement. We would've played differently, someone else would've stepped up, and who knows we maybe could've been higher up the table. No one will ever know.

We don't but we do know that other than Zlatan, our attacking players have been poor when they've had chances

So we all should agree that next season everyone should do better

So has he tbh. The team is set up to predominantly feed him, which in my opinion has been our downfall at times. Someone said the other day if Zlatan played against Chelsea, he doubt we would've won and I agree completely.
