Not going to slag you off. But I think you won't finish top 4 now, Utd have momentum, city have an outstanding attack. They will take your place.

Why is not Klopp fault that we fek up against weak sides?

If we don't take top 4 from you Arsenal will. Massive loss for you today, this could be the beginning of the end for Klopp.

Liverpool would be about 8th had they had European football to contend with. Chelsea would be worse off too.

Been a very misleading season. Next yr the entire top 6 will be on a more even playing field.

It is Klopp's fault that we have a dreadfully weak squad

He has had 3 transfer windows to address it and he hasn't

He is not the messiah we hoped he would be

Another dreadful performance today

Its so topsy turvey, we could beat Watford and Utd lose to city then its all change again. TBH, i have said for the last week we need 3 wins and i think we will have CL...we still need the 3 wins thats all.

Don't know why you are so desperate for champs league, you won't do anything in it and you'll end up finishing mid table because you won't be able to handle the fixture congestion.

I agree that our squad is just isn't strong enough. Klopp has done well to get us where we are.

Mane and Lallana were missed badly today.

We still have a good chance for the top 4 but it's out of our hands. However dropping 5 points against Bournemouth and Palace at home means that we are up against it.

My fear is that when the pressure is on these players don't have the mentality to push over the line. City and Utd do.

If we get into the Champions League with this squad we would be lucky to finish 8th next season

I think we can forget about a top four finish.

Time to bring in owners who are serious about elevating our team back into the big time. We have a very talented manager time to make it worth his while to stay.

If you get the the CL you will probably end up resting players after the 4th game to try and get into the CL again next season.

Yes we are absolutely rubbish in Europe's premier competition. We could certainly learn something from you goooons on how to do it.

Do Arsenal still play in the CL ?

Your bench pretty much summed it up today, diabolical, Sunderland had a stronger bench yesterday

Need a lot of results to go our way now. Disastrous result that has completely undone the good victories at West Brom and Stoke.

Even a draw today wouldn't have been bad imo, would have kept us on track for the points total I think we require.

To lose it in the manner we did though having been 1-0 up, absolutely shockingly bad.

its catch 22 isnt it? u have to finish top 4 to get the players in to compete for top 4 and CL...if u dont ur up against it.

Its clear we missed Lallana, Mane, Ings, Henderson, Stirridge today, but; if we do get CL then maybe we can go and get 4 or 5 top players that mean we can handle europe and the league.

We must get CL though.

If we don't get CL next season this would be considered a failure..., in terms of performance and strategy.
Klopp will have to be at least partially accountable for that, his summer transfer performance is now utterly critical.

No slaughter from me. I watched from the Kop. After our goal, the team seemed to stand back, almost, game over.

There were several, some unprecedented, poor displays today. Three games to go, anything can happen. No predictions from me either.

Let's wait and see people, we can still get a top four slot. Don't write them off.

It's that Klopp had no plan B for when Mane left.

Firmino has been overplayed as a false 9 and he has only just realised this

Origi is still only in his infancy as a striker

Bentke and Sakho weren't replaced

We have been bad with injuries and mentality...

Plus again no plan B

Normally I would be all doom and gloom. Myself and my lad were in the CU stand today, surrounded by a load of perplexed fans from the Nordics. Left as soon as Benteke scored his second as had seen enough. That said I am still clinging onto a hope we can scrape Top 4 but only because other sides have a more challenging run-in rather than expecting our performances to marketedly improve.

Klopp really had to prove himself in the summer transfers, if we don't create a squad that merits CL aspirations it will be yet another season of mediocrity to follow.

Last chance saloon now..., but we still have it..

I think everyone needs to calm down. United have got City, Spurs, Arsenal and Southampton all away. It's not inconceivable for them not winning any of those games. Let's just wait and see.
