Man City had fans before the Shiekh, that's why. Chelsea had a small following before Roman bought them success. They also had a car park behind each goal, they were the ultimate tin pot club in London, followed by a closet of Chaaavs that were previously banned from The Den. The majority of em on ere are post Roman, sucking up to the glory the club has had no thanks to the Billions.
They all Facking know it as well, and shamefully won't admit it.

As for not giving a toss where it came from etc.....I already answered that....and as others have said (and I have said before) I can't understand why it wouldn't feel hollow after a while.
Or not feel as good as it would have for Leicester last season for example

Ignoring the obvious net spend stuff, even if that's true, it is still all the more embarrassing when contrasted to Chelseas supposed achievements. Is it was a fraction of Tottenham's resources then was it compared to Chelsea's?

Said this to you before, all your stuff about "Spurs have improved but now have to win something" is quite farsical. By what definition should they be finishing ahead of Chelsea. Money talks in football. Chelsea should already have the league rapped up. That they have not is a quite extraordinary accomplishment by Tottenham.

This is where this forum makes me laugh, we were maligned for never making the CL then not making it often enough now we need to win something. On the 6th highest budget in the Prem we are going along very nicely.

Underneath all the bollox and banter I'm sure theres alot of envy. We support a proper football club growing its brand and improving its performances in the correct sustainable way.

Always makes me chuckle when old City or Chelsea players (like Summerbee or Dixon) are brought into the tv/radio studio for their views. Unless they played for these teams after the oil money arrived the team they represented no longer exists.
