@anthonyfjoshua challenge accepted. We will give the world 🌎 the biggest fight in a 500 years. I will play with u. You are a boxers dream.

He wishes.

He needs at least one or two fights before he's allowed to step foot in the ring with Joshua.

That's no disrespect to his boxing ability, just a reality of being a tool for the past couple of years. Can't just expect to walk back into title fights.

The public are creaming for this fight and it seems so are the fighters so it will happen. Fury will get his one warmup and same time next year we will see Wembley at it.

I hope so as it'll be an intriguing fight.

One I see Fury on his back as he has and will be tagged again.

AJ will hardly be as shot shy as Wlad was a couple years ago.

Just in from he pub.

Great fight. Anyone who says other is a numpty who thinks boxing is all about swinging haymakers. Had to put up with heaps of kants in the pub trying to write this fight off. If boxing was all about that, then every kant would be fighting for titles.

You'll still get muppets saying AJ is chinny etc.. He took a heap of clean hooks and ram rod straights from Wlad and (knockdown aside) stood up to them.

A very technical fight between two competent, very similarly matched fighters. Wilder must be bricking it as he's just seen Joshua come through some heavy shotts and finish an ATG.

Pub I was in had a group of about 6 boxwrs and thwir trainer turn up to watch it. It was inter3stung hearing them. As soon as AJ put Klitscho down the first time thwy were saying AJs legs had gone before anyone else noticed and other stuff like that.

my view on the fight:

If Wlad was 5 years younger he'd have won it

He's by far the superior boxer (I don't rate AJ's boxing skills at all)

In round 4 I though AJ had done a David Price..used up all his energy to knock Wlad down..and then gassed !

After Wlad knocked him down in the 5th, AJs legs were like bambi for a few rounds..Wlad didnt show the killer instinct to finish him ...signs of an aging fighter

AJ got a 2nd wind from about round 9..41 yr old Wlad started to tire at around the same time

Doesnt change my view that AJ is a stiff fighter with next to no defensive skills

He's a slightly improved version of Frank Bruno

Ended up watching the fight on my phone in a pub with the sound off. It was refreshing being able to watch an interesting fight without the Sky coverage.

I hope that is Wlad's last fight, though. He's had a lot of crap ones over the years but this was a true Spartan going out on your shield type performance.

If AJ learns to read his opponent better, he'll be practically unstoppable in that division.

2 additional points,

Firstly, and perhaps this was the detriment of not having the sound on and missing all the atmosphere, I think it was a good fight but people are getting swept up in the moment when calling it one of the greatest fights they've seen - unless they've seen very few.

Secondly, AJ has a far superior chin than I originally thought. That punch in the 6th round was a KO punch on someone with a suspect chin and it was a surprise he took that one in the 10th.

Took sooner than I thought.

AJ just had his 19th fight against an ATG ffs.

Give it a rest. Steepest learning curve he'll ever face and he came through it, via solid knockdown too.

Thighs it'd be longer before people started sh!tting on Joshua's win.

In fairness to AJ, he knocked down Klit first and his inexperience cost him in not getting the fight won there and then. Took his eye off the ball and Klit made him pay the rest of the round and the next one. Now he has that experience he should learn from it and be harder to knock down and manage being on the front foot better.

a good heavyweight will always have a chance of knocking down AJ

Because AJ doesnt move his head at all..his defensive skills are almost non-existent

Klit tried to play the chess match as usual, should have pressed AJ when he had him wobbly
----------------------------------------------------------------------
spot on !

Wlad had his chance , but instead of going for the kill, played it safe

Priceless.

Not even a couple hours in and there's nuggets trying to sh!t on this win.

Aye, it was far from perfect, but AJ is 19 fights into his career. Against a guy who has more KO's than AJ has fights.

No pleasing some erseholes.

Similar could be said about AJ in the 5th. Wlad was there for the taking after that heavy shot but he was allowed back in to the fight and was on top at the end of the round.

Just because a heavyweight can be got to (and really, how many can you name that were never heavily hurt) should not detract from a career best performance.

That was Wladsm 69th fight compared to AJs 19th. 50 more professional fights ffs. The comparison should be both their 19th fights, not 5 years ago when Wlad would have been on more than 50.

Anyone in this division can be knocked down. Fury who is arguably the more skilful fighter got knocked down by a nobody so what does that say?

Exactly, it's still being allowed back in by an inexperienced fighter in either entering a fight with tol much weight or throwing too much in to getting the KO rather than letting it happen by boxing properly. A more experienced AJ with that power beats Wlad more resoundingly even than Corrie Sanders.

No.

He got tagged by a heavy uppercut and later on a hook.

He'll no doubt learn not to go all in the next time he thinks he's hurt an opponent.

I really don't wanna be one of those guys who I detest because I'm not a better fan than anyone else, but..

I'm also not gonna sit by and let idiots try to sh¡t all over boxing because they don't understand the game and only expect KO punches every two seconds.

I nevwr greeted about cricket or curling when I didn't enjoy them. Just realised it wasn't for me.

Too many pubes nowadays.
