We are playing 3-4-2-1. If Ozil is expected to track the LB then we would be playing 5-4-1. It is the job of the RCB to cover Ox.

Imagine what signing Higuain 3 years ago would have done for us.

Doesn't help that Xhaka and Ramsey haven't made a successful tackle between them.

Put Ramsey in the middle and bellerin on for Ozil

Ramsey looking good. Alexis and Ozil not having enough of the ball to do anything of note. Ox defending is pretty good for a non defender but in attack he's been quite bad

But Ozil does nothing!!!!! he needs to press from the top..if he does not want to track back..not just sit back and let Ox (non-defender) deal with Davis and Son..

I said before the game that Ozil will be useless against a Spurs team that press.

Angered the fans as he's fat and slow

Ozil needs to step up or do one. Also losing patience with Xhaka so far €35m not well spent. Slow and can't tackle.

yet again Spurs really dont look that good but we dont believe we can take the game to them. we need to get Ozil off and Giroud.

Ox has been incredible defensively considering he's had no protection from Ozil whatsoever

I get the logic in Ozil on the right but if he doesn't get on the ball the few times we have it it's useless.

Giroud is gonna play a full 90 minutes but he's been shambolic and needs to come off. All he has offered is defensive clearances from their set pieces. I get that he's isolated and has very limited service but the ball just keeps bouncing off him whenever it comes his way and on the counter attack he may aswell fill in for Kos at the back and let him go forward instead, every counter has broken down when the ball comes to Giroud

He had all his tackle spot on today.

Giroud was taking the piisss in that half. What a sack of sheite. If GT tries to put a positive spin on that, I'm gonna facking track down the caant and murder him!

Ramsey has worked hard, but he's constantly fluffed his lines. Ozil has been anonymous. Rest of the team have done well. Ox has to keep his focus on runners. Been given the slip a fair few times.
