Wow that's excellent. Bet Kennys made up with that.

Great move and surprised it hadn't happened earlier TBH.

Nice words from the owners as well

Good tribute to one of your greats.

It'll mean more to you guys to sit in the Dalglish rather than the Centenary I'm sure.

I can see a tribute to Gerrard happening in the next few years. Just as deserving for me, an absolute hero for the club.

It's only a joke!

To be fair to Gerrard he's your Robson. A great player who, for the most part, played with a team not at his level. He may be too young at this stage to have a stand named after him though especially considering he may manage you one day.

Jeez, another change! I've only just started calling it the Centenary instead of the Kemlyn

If one player did sum up the club ethos its Kenny not just for his playing days but also for his humility during harrowing times as a manager. He is still ever present at the club now. A legend who will never be equalled.

should have called it the 'League Centenary Stand' cos it will be 100 years before you'll win it again

Full marks to FSG on this one. Normally owners would sell the naming rights, ending up with some real catchy titles like the Spud-U-Like Beazer Homes stand or something like it.

My favourite naming of a part of a ground will always remain what allegedly happened at The Etihad. The names of older players, Summerbee, Franny Lee, Nyginski, all fantastic players names like those. The winner? Colin Bell, a legend. They were going to name ozone of 'The Ends' after him and in particular his surname.

You can guess the rest.
