It's been an embarrassment since January

We should be doing better with the players we have on the pitch, though.

It's been far too defensive and Mourinho took too long to change things and be more positive in a game that was finely balanced at 0-0.

After Liverpools result earlier, no way was this result irrelevant.

Risky banking on the Europa seeing as we had the top 4 in our own hands. A one off bad performance or a lucky Ajax goal and we lose. Anything can happen in the cups.

We sacked Van Gaal for bad football and where's the improvement been this season? It's been the same

We've got smalling and jones out there who I don't rate regardless who can't more than 70% each.

Mata was meant to miss the whole season so he can't be be more than 60%.

The team out there is strung together.

We've got rooney out there and he's like playing with ten men.

Our pl campaign ended last week in my eyes, Europa is what matters now.

Being honest if they'd offered me 2-0 Arsenal with no injuries before the game I would of taken it.

Positives today: we won 1-0 in Spain because had we lost this would feel 10 times worse.

I agree, banking on winning a cup comp is dicey when one fluky goal or bad decision can end it for you, always disagree when pundits start talking about prioritising the Europa in the 2nd round - quarters, so much can go wrong.

Arsenal toying with us😁

Top four was in our hands. But with our fixtures I felt it was still unlikely.

But that doesn't excuse the performance today.
