Disagree. None of the above stopped little Brighton with there aging squad making a mockery of Derby, Norwich and Villa. Monk done well and should stay but has shown big vulnerability's that if not addressed will stop us going up next season

Brighton are going to have to rebuild in the premier league. Murray was not good enough at that level a few years ago yet alone now. Bruno is closer to 40 than 30 and they say he's there best defender and they're not that impressive anyway. Can't see them staying up at all.

The way Shaun said it was like they aren't a good side because they are ageing. They are a good side and have been last few seasons.

footballers are in their prime around 27/28

Quality players are still good past their prime, Green is a perfect example.

Brighton have some quality players.

Older experienced players?..

You could say battle hardened and handled the Championship the way it should be done!..

You cant fault the older players for showing the younger players in this league the way it should be done, well done to Brighton but also to them for doing what had to be done!.

As for Monk and Leeds United, I think the people that took over Wigan yesterday let him know what they want, he's done a great job this season and will go into next with a year off learning behind him, something that will help him through wherever he ends up!..

Brighton averaged 29.8 age last season. Experienced yes with no pressure or expectation on them. Recipe for success. Only Wigan have an older squad who averaged 30.1

No pressure or expectations

They were one of favourites to go up !!!!

Brightons squad collectively is getting on a bit. They'll need a fair amount of rebuilding within the next couple of seasons whereas as Fulham are much younger

To be honest any team that goes up needs to spen wisely. Look at Burnley they didnt invest properly when they were promoted and went down. This year they spent wisely and have been rewarded with another season in the Prem.

If we had been promoted this season we would have had to invest as we are far off a premier league team

And we'd have had to pay out nearly 30 mill in clauses.
