Happy with the draw given my roots and no doubt saints will rest players for sure but will we.

Its good to have developed some saleable skills and that should mean you always have somewhere to go. Its a fine line between moving on and getting new experiences, and sticking around long enough to make genuine friends and having somewhere that feels like a home. Somewhere in there lies the best of both worlds.

.....modern day football clubs have enough players to use this comp for player rotation, we should stay in it as long as possible to keep fitness levels at maximum !
The regionalised draw means not a long journey for fans even if we get drawn away.

Agree, Sir Halfy. If we're not gonna compete properly what's the point of playing. Just forfeit the points.
The only cup that Wolves has won in my lifetime is the League Cup and memories of those two finals are still clear in my mind (despite the beer) so for people to say let's ignore the competition really wrankles. We play all competitions to win them.
So Wolves are in the Southern section and West Brom are in the Northern section despite the Hawthornes being approximately 5 miles more southerly than Molineux.

you completely boogger your own argument in the last sentence - wolves along with the majority of clubs do not, by playing weakened teams, enter the league cup to win it,
so to me better to be honest, and not risk player injury, and not enter in the first place.

Actually just checked and google maps says its 152 miles for me. So after extra time and penalties I could be tucked up in bed by 2:30 am
Derby game tomorrow not being streamed abroad so it's either shell out 45 quid for the audio commentary or forget it and go diving.
Don't like to see Wolves players diving personally
Guess I shouldn't complain too much about Wolves playing at Southampton on a Tuesday night. Reading that Newcastle's away fixtures at Swansea, Southampton and Brighton have all been moved to a Sunday 4 pm kick off. Impossible to get back to geordieland from any of those games by public transport on a sunday. Its what they call putting the fans first (not)

Looks like you didn't fancy diving then
Away for a change so land line internet access isn't really an option unless I sit in a coffee shop for a couple of hours which is doubtful unless the weather is crap.
Intrigued to see how this game pans out with this system as for the first time we will not be expected to make the running from the outset, curious to see if it gives us more room in the attacking third.

This seems like a fairly typical reaction to the news today that Pulis has extended his contract with the Albion to 2019
When you see Tony Pulis trending and think "Yes, he's finally walked" then realise it's a new contract extension.....😞 #wba #hoofball
Sorry - no idea why there's such a big gap in that post
Out of interest gem, how do we see the full highlights of our games? Can we? Does it cost?

Log on to the website, click menu, click wolves TV, scroll down, in the first box that says have you subscribed? click access wolves TV. You then get all the previous games highlights FOC including the cup games that weren't streamed in the first place.
Subscribed but not paid or do we also have to pay the 45 quid? I subscribed of course to access the first game.
Is this just for us Johnny foreigners also?
