You should have the option of walking up to a counter and speaking to a person and getting your tickets that way aswell...and mentioning any concerns over online accounts n season tickets not linked to them and mail going to 2 homes when you move

I'm really, really upset. Couldn't sort tickets out till my son got home and the only ones we could get together are up in the sky and are basically crap. Couldn't even get 2 expensive ones together. Tried phoning ticketmaster to be told they're busy and the call will be disconnected.

All these years of trailing up and down the country to be forced to get crap seats because of a f*****g crap system. I could cry

I've tweeted the ticket office and Sean Jarvis who suggests I call at the ticket office tomorrow. I've also emailed the ticket office to ask if we can transfer our tickets to another block when they become available.

Please don't anyone say at least you've got some and just be glad you're going cos both my son and myself have had those sort of responses on Twitter. No I tell a lie, mine said 'no bad seats but some are better than others.' I know that person was trying to be positive but it's not what I want to hear at this moment. And not everyone is able to access internet at work to sort tickets out. I usually can but for reasons beyond my control, not today.

Sorry everyone but I am so angry and upset. I feel like saying why should I continue to show loyalty to the club when they've shown none to me. There will have been season card holders buying tickets for people who have never been to a game before while we're stuck in crap seats. I'm finished with the whole thing.

I've heard that as well. How can there just be random seats scattered all over? Don't they fill one row up before starting on another one? The club has cocked up saying 4 tickets, they tried telling my son it's either Wembley or ticketmaster policy to allow so many and it isn't. Reading could only get 2 per season ticket and a Derby fan told him they were only allowed 1.

It might sound childish but if they don't help I honestly don't know if I'll go, I feel so dejected about it all.
