Hong Kong, I love his passion to when we score. It's not OTT like Conte but it's subtle passion where you can see the relief in his face guy will be a legend at this club I'm sure of it

I think a lot depends on how successful Spurs will be in the coming years and they will be affected by the stadium move.
Another 2-3 seasons finishing just short in the title race with no real backing from Levy and I think he'll be gone.

Good manager, big job on his hands now to rack up those points at Wembley like he did at WHL

How have you spent so little, which players have you sold to recoup the money?

makes me laugh when people talk about spending loads of money as the only way to success

We have been the best team over 2 seasons whilst spending 7 million. shame we had luck against us with Chelsea and Leicester defying previous seasons form

We will never be a club paying people like rooney 300k a week and for me i would never want that

poch will continue to find up and coming players and mould them to his style and what we need

COYS

You weren't the best team in either season.

I'm not here to wum and obviously I do rate Poch but he still has a lot to prove whether he can break through the glass ceiling of success.

I do not think he will leave.

I could only see him being tempted by PSG.

The latest rumour Inter are a media myth typical of this countries lazy sports reporting. Supposedly have money supposedly have grand plans but yet have shown none of that.

"Said last yr we would challenge for title and we will again next yr and the yr after, we need the teams below us to get stronger so they challenge Chelsea as well"

Did Spurs challenge for the title this year?

If you look at Liverpool, utd and Citys record against Chelsea this yr its pathetic

You're 7 points ahead of us. Not a gulf by any means. You've had one of those years where everybody has been fit and you went out of CL early.

We had Coutinho out for 3 months and Mane out for about 3 as well. Our best two players. How would you lot fare without Kane and Ali? You wouldn't be 2nd, put it that way.

Not taking anything away from Spurs because they're very strong and Poch looks like he's going to be a top coach for many years but don't ever allow yourself to think that anything other than trophies is good enough. It's not - at least if you think of yourselves as a big club.

The counterargument for this is that maybe, just maybe if you had spent a little more, you could have won the league either this season or last?!

Obviously, it is not guaranteed but it is not like you were that far off. If you had bought a proven striker or even another playmaker for when Ericksen under performed at the start of the season, who knows what could have happened.

Poch has done a wonderful job, there is no doubt about this but surely it is legitimate to question some of Levy's transfer decisions?!
You cannot tell me that at the end of last season, Sissoko was on Poch wish list.

I've just checked, Coutinho has played more games than Kane this season. We've also had Aldy and Vertonghen out for periods. Rose is still out injured. So no everybody hasn't been fit. It's been one of the differences between ourselves and Chelsea.

You've also not played in Europe and went out in the FA Cup earlier than us.

We gave it a good go.

Far more than anybody else did!

FOR SHAME!

If only you hadn't bottled it against West Ham.

Seriously though. It depends on which Spurs fan you speak to. Some say you did challenge for the title. Others are adamant you didn't.

I'm fairly certain Spurs fans will start to demand a title win sooner rather than later as this golden generation won't last forever and it will have to have something to show for it or else it will go down as a classic Spurs side - i.e. Pretty to watch but more style than substance

I can safely say that we'd all prefer it if we were merely challenging for titles. Winning the titles themselves would be an inconvenience that we'd rather avoid.

where did i say we had won anything

You all wummed us for finishing 10th, then 6th then 5th then 4th then 3rd and now 2nd

Lets hope soon its first, but like i said before its about supporting your club not through counting trophys

The legends at the end of Sundays game, still hold all memory's of those occasions as they have not been watered down or over taken by winning every yr

95% of clubs never win anything yet they have loyal fans and thats how it should be , all this pathetic wumming over we won this we won that . zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Nobody can say for sure that Spurs will challenge. The Wembley move could have a huge impact. If you have a couple of poor results at home early on then it could be a real struggle.
