"I've never experienced anything like that team spirit. Especially the year we got promoted, and then when we survived in the Premier League.

"Everyone got on, and we'd do stuff together on and off the pitch. Out for meals, nights out, team bonding trips.

"It was almost weird how well we all got on. There was no awkwardness with anyone, no-one you had to tread on eggshells when you were round them. I saw Lloyd Dyer when Derby played Burton the other week and we had a good chat about how much we miss Leicester. He also said he had never known anything like that spirit we had. We all miss it."
