Maybe a loan, but I cant see us selling him to you.

He's already completed a very successful loan, he's ready. Speaking earlier this month, Abraham admitted he is still in the dark over his future at Chelsea, and it is reported he could quit for first team football, this is when Wenger swoops in for him
He's been at Chelsea since he was very young and worked very hard. Putting the obvious rivalry aside, if you can't offer him first team football and Arsenal can I think the deal could happen
If he's had a successful loan in the championship then the next step would be to see if he can do it in the premier league. He's not going to get much action at Chelsea, due to them playing with one striker up top and if it's not Costa it'll be Morata or Lukaku.
A loan to a newly promoted club like Brighton or Reading if the win the play offs!
He needs another 47 loan moves before being allowed a permanent one.
I wonder where he'll go if he goes on loan in the prem. With the prem being awash with cash teams have less need to take talented youngsters on loan to develop for the top clubs.
Tammy is signing a new deal shortly. He'll be loaned out to team that would more less guarantee him regular footy be that at PL or a championship side.
He won't be sold and especially to Arsenal.
Or Conte maybe tempted do a swap with Sanchez
Sell him to Everton after a great loan spell at a club like West Brom.....
Then do a United and buy him back at a massively increased fee.

I don't have a problem in buying prospects for the future (per se) however, what Arsenal needs right now is proven world class quality.
Arsene Wenger hasn't learnt his lesson from signing the likes of Sanogo, Chamakh, Quincy Owusu-Adeyie, Bischoff, Frimpong etc. We're always one or two players short of being in serious contention for the title.
Last season, he tried to buy Vardy and ended up buying Perez when we needed the likes of Higuian or Lacazette. If Wenger is true to form, he'll do the same this transfer window and if he does, don't expect a different outcome by this time next year.
A good club for him to go out on loan to. But he is defiantly in our starting 11 in a few years. He can be that good.
Has Tammy ever watched the titanic?

I'm not sure if Wenger didn't sign a first team player because 9 year old Frimpong entered the academy.
Last thing we need is Higuian fooking Lacazette, we need people like Rob Holding, we should get a young hero from the championship every summer
Bristol City bidding £25m for this kid
