Once again, the uneducated pass comment on a fans group they know nothing about.

To call them idiots is childish and ignorant.

If you don't like what they stand for, or you don't like the individuals involved, fair enough.

Calling them idiots just puts you in a bad light though.

Show a bit of intelligence when putting them down.

Quite why you would want to alienate fans that go home and away to support the team no matter what and put thousands of pounds of cash into the club is beyond me.

It seems to me that there is a split developing.

It is being caused by one side however.

Haven't seen many comment on here from genuine fans who went on the protest calling fans that didn't idiots.

I am seeing name calling from genuine fans that didn't go on the protest however.

dixie,

well said mate.
They are as entitled to their views as we are to ours.

All this nonsense calling people apologists is stupid.
The posters with the opposite viewpoint to me,in all fairness, give 90% of the name calling sh*te out.

I see all the anti kenwright brigade can't stop bleating about the protest march.I wonder when was the last time a number of sheep were herded up that part of Merseyside.

Is that why 'The Blue Union' contacted the police,to find out if the covenant was still valid to be able to march sheep through the streets.

Put meself right in it there.I was only sticking up for the 10% guv.

How can the BU or their followers be sheep when they are clearly in the minority??!!

Somebody who is a sheep follows what the majority is doing . . . which would be nothing.

If you are going to get abusive at least have a sensible argument.

Like I said, Greame Sharpe, fans liason officer, said there were around 20 people on the march - hardly sheep are they!!

10% eh,so that's 3500 of our matchday support and another what 1500-2000 non matchday support and I'm only talking about locals. It's a real pity that only 200-300 turned up for the protest march.Considering you have over 5,000 backing your Kenwright out campaign

Actually there was only 32k at the match on Saturday.

Our lowest Saturday non televised game for 10 years.

It appears some fans are voting with their feet.

Bovril - where do you see our club in 3 years?

Genuine question.

Especially if Moyes leaves.

Sheep follow as it's in their nature, whether they are in their 10's or 100's ,just like your lot behind Ronald McDonald on Saturday.Due to the pathetic numbers involved where you planning on walking past Mcdonalds to pick up the odd family having their happy meals, hence the clown dressed as a clown

Bovril - I wasn't on the march on Saturday?

What on Earth are you talking about?

Stop embarrassing yourself, take a moment, pull yourself together and write a sensible reply.

Where do you see our club in three years?

Bovril,

the 10% on JA606 you clown.
Sorry that one has already been used.

Answer dixies question truthfully.

Where have I said you did attend the march on Saturday?

I have no idea where we will be in 3 years time other than still playing at Goodison Park.If our current owners are still there then I expect us to be in the premiership looking at a top 10 finish. If our current board sell up to investors we could be in the premiership,Championship or Division 1.If we are sold to a benefactor with half a billion pounds burning a hole in his pockets then maybe we could be battling it out for 4th place in the Prem.

One thing is certain,no-one can make money from us short term, mid term or long term,so our only hope is a benefactor

"It is a far, far better thing that I do, than I have ever done; it is a far, far better rest that I go to, than I have ever known."

Thanks for the answer Bovril.

You could well be right.

My fear is that we have peaked under Moyes and that our best players will be sold off over the next two years by the current owners.

If Moyes leaves I feel we could be in relegation battles and worse.

I think Moyes is the only reason we have been top 7 these last few years.

It's only my opinion.

What you need to understand though Bovril is that fans that turned up to the meeting and the protest are proper fans just like you.

I wnet the meeting and there were pensioners there and young families.

I saw the same faces that I see whenever I watch us away.

It's not fair to call them sheep.

I'm not a sheep or stupid.

From my own view it seems that a lot of peole do not like KEIOC and as they are involved with the BU, then that autmotically means that anybody who follows the BU is a drunken yob or an avid Toffeeweb user.

I may be a drunk but I am not a yob and I am certainly not a toffeeweb user!

As it happens I didn't march on Saturday but I totally understand the reasons why those people did.

It's about time fans started respecting each other - if you have a problem with KEIOC, state it - don't have a go at everybody connected with BU.

We all love Everton, let's hope we get back to where we belong one day.

100% minus 90% = 10%

Dixie, I don't agree with many of your opinions mate but you're right that we should all respect one-another. We all have the club at heart. I think what winds us non-BU types up is the likes of Crispy and Concerned. They will post a link or a statement often totally slating the board or even the club...then refuse to debate the matter. Crispy more-so, I should add.

Everyone wants investment in the club. The Blue Union would have 100% of the fans on their side if that's what they were demonstrating for. They weren't though, they made it an anti-board demo whether they meant to or not.

Cheers for the rational debate

My only problem Dixie is that I cannot see anyone wishing to invest in our club when their is no chance of a return. So if we are in a position where we are not attractive to investors and are basically unsellable why march against the board. What good will it do?If we had a line of potential buyers banging at the door looking to buy us and all were refused then I'd be standing next to the clown at the front of the march.

Not one person or group has ever come out in public that I am aware of saying they have had a failed bid for buying Everton FC.The only persons who have intimated we have had buyers but they weren't suitable are our current owners.I believe the only reason for saying this is to get publicity that we are still for sale and to avoid the embarrassment of not ever having one concrete bid for us.

How is any potential new owner going to increase revenue by £30-£40 million per year to not only keep us competitive but to also get returns on his/her investment. That's all besides the ground issue and the potential clash with fan based groups as to where a new stadium should be erected

Our present board have invested FA in 11 years so what do we have to lose.

Basically unsellable?

Rather depends on the asking price
