Strange to try and WUM them over a player they sold a long time ago

And you're still paying £110,000 a week for your speed merchant

He is a lot more than a speed merchant, his goal output is more than enough to justify a pretty middling wage.

I'll do another comparison in 5 years or so

Think Walcott v Bale, was the 'in' debate a few years ago...

Lennon is an Everton player. He no longer plays for us.

Quick to disown him now the stats speak for themselves

posted on 28/5/17

Also,

He doesn't play for us anymore.

a very relevant fact.

So spurs can finally agree Walcott > Lennon ?

Why don't you compare Walcott's stats to Townsend's while you're at it?

posted on 28/5/17

Pretty middling wage

posted on 28/5/17

Two different positions tbh

Don't really see the point of this comparison as makes zero sense and bit of a odd time to produce it

Arsenal yesterday overcame the odds and beat Chelsea in the FA Cup Final. This was the third FA Cup win in three years, yet this Arsenal board has been all about Wenger's weaknesses or strengths, about who is going to leave or stay, and a meaningless player comparison etc. etc. Arsenal fans, please take a large anti-depressant pill and enjoy the moment, your team has just won the 2016-2017 FA Cup!
