Quelle surprise.

Was obvious when no defence was even put up in court. So the question remains who made the money from this debacle?

never saw a credible shred of evidence against him

Donald is the man.

Only in Scotland could you be in court. Basically admit the charge and still be found not guilty

Not surprised at the outcome but it's genuinely baffling

I'm sure justice will catch up with ole craigy at some point tho !

It's baffling in that he admitted the fraud part in court. It wasn't in dispute . He took over the club by paying bank debt with future revenue.

And the jury didn't take long to consider the mountains of evidence and testimony . An hour ffs

Dearie me

As far as I'm aware that's not fraud?

The charge was that he did this and hid it.

That was never proven beyond reasonable doubt.

Whyte did who Whyte does.

And he will probably do it again.

"He never admitted the charges IE"

He admitted using ticketed money as part of his takeover. That's what the fraud charge centred on

The charge was that he hid this fact
That was not proven
Hence not guilty

Murray f***** Rangers over for a pound so he could get his hands on his Metals business so he could squirrel all the main assets to his family before the inevitable collapse. His time was up when his sweetie shop at Bank of Scotland was taken over sold down the swanee for the price of a packet of peanuts...but he won us all them trophies!!!!! Whyte was a played player in this

He took over the club by paying £1. The rest, as Donald said, was window dressing. After paying the £1, what he did with the club was down to him.
