I think he should be dressed up as a granny and let loose inside Wayne Rooney's house.

Good ol' Wayne knows how to deal with them type.

Didn't said Rooney want to leave United a while back as he felt they were going nowhere, what was his punishement, a pay rise?

Ha, hit a nerve have we.

Don't you think it's a bit rich that then most underperforming player is questioning the quality of his fellow professionals?

yes torres is now fourth choice for us behind sturridge, drogba and anelka so his opinion doesnt really matter!!

Bubbles, correction, did lack ambition...

When he was reassured about the clubs ambition he was given the contract we were going to offer him. The same contract which he never even saw before his outburst.

All Torres said was that Chelsea "juega muy lento" which means play very slowly.

I agree. Certainly if he´s talking about the Chelsea of last season.

I think what Torres was saying is that Chelsea last season were too slow and that this season with the likes of Sturridge and Mata he hopes our play is speeded up.

I think Torres is talking sense and I´ve been saying the same thing for months .

Looks like delusion has spread down the East Lancs Road

....and think what?

You're trying to gloss over this as a nothing story and just a WUM attempt, yet your club is "investigating the transcript" so it's fair to say it’s being treated as a serious matter.

You buy a player for £50m, who is in terrible form, and he has the audacity to criticise other players.

Unlike Roy Keane, who a number of people slated for criticising his teammates, he hasn’t earned the right to say things like that. He needs to be put in his place.

I doubt my club is investigating something torres is claimed to have said.... it's possible, but highly unlikely.

So which part did you have a problem with ?

It was Fergie that created the stir by providing the information to the media, he also stated we never discussed terms with Rooney until after the event.

So you only believe the information that can paint United in a negative light but not the other bit of information that doesn't paint United in such a bad light, despite the fact both come from the same source...

Maybe this has more to do with bias than any logical thought process...

"Chelsea are taking 'in-depth' measures to establish the accuracy of an interview in which Fernando Torres appeared to criticise his club-mates. "

What Chelsea actually need are tapes of when Torres scored, but there is way too much dust for them to find it

Yes yes,it was always your intention to give him a big fat payrise just a year after his last one.Of course we all know it was going to happen anyway

Is this beyond you?

Direct quote from AVB

"We are going in-depth to regain the tape of that interview. We'll see if things play exactly as they are in that interview."

I'd class that as the club investigating the interview wouldn't you?

So you only believe fergie when the information he provides can paint United in a negative light. When the information doesn't paint United in a negative light you choose to disbelieve it...

and to think I accussed you of bias, my sincerest apologies...

He had a year left on his contract and had been playing well, these two factors usually lead to pay rises... the fact is his wages only went up to the level of players like Yaya Toure and his previous wages didn't match his level of ability...

Do you believe Yaya Toure to be a better player than Wayne Rooney ?

I hope the Bardsley stamp gets investigated. Sadly nothing written anywhere about it

no, but clearly my comment on repeating myself for the hard of thinking is going right over your head. think about it. what might you have missed? i know wums are traditionally a little lightweight on the intellectual side, but are you really struggling this much? really?

I could tell him, but I wn't, I'm curious to see how long it would take, I can almost hear his brain working over time from here. It's probably what is preventing him from considering that what AVB is reported to have siad could be taken in more ways than one, especially with all the papers that have had to apologise recently for misquoting.

Ha, I must say I’m not in the habit of checking people’s profiles but I suppose I should have guessed that when attempting to gain opinions of Chelsea fans on the Chelsea board I would inevitably be drawn into conversing with the one of the plague of Arsenal fans on this board.
