I would rather go with McEachran
Lampard, Essien, Mikel, Ramires, McEachran, Piazon, Benayoun and Zhirkov is enough midfielders if not too many for one squad
Also have Billy Clifford another promising player coming through and don't forget Luiz can play in midfield as well! So can Chalobah
I think we're ok we should be looking for wingers, we dont have a RW player and we play a 4-3-3.
