The freestylers, because the decathletes wouldn't get a sniff of the ball, RDD.

It isn't hard to understand why:

The ball, when played with skill and precision, moves much faster than any human being possibly can.

Despite the decathletes' best efforts, they'd constantly be late to challenges and pulled out of position.

It's what's colloquially called getting the run around.

On the odd occasion they did have the ball, they wouldn't have the skill or ability to move it past their opponents.

There would really be no contest.

Oh, so the decathletes have never seen a football, let alone kicked one. Gotcha.

Tell me. Why aren't all of these freestylees playing at the top clubs and winning Ballon D'or's ?

And why doesnt the best team allways win ?

The decathletes may have seen a football, but they're not skilled footballers.

The freestylers aren't playing at the top clubs quite likely because they're lacking in at least one of the following: tactical knowledge, in-game intelligence, discipline, mental fortitude and, yes, also physical attributes such as resilience, stamina or power - although, as stated earlier, with the adequate discipline and training, the physical attributes can be more easily acquired than the necessary techincal skills.

The best team doesn't always win because football isn't an exact science; it's a sport that's subject to a near endless series of random events. The better team does, however, win much more often - bearing in mind that defending well is just as much a part of the game as attacking well.

So unfit freestylers would beat Super fit decathletes?

Only 1 way to find out......fight.

You haven't made a case for the decathletes though.

Freestylers win.

11 milners would beat 11 Sheringhams

Milner's more accomplished technically than you realise, and Sheringham less than you remember.
