Wojciech Szczesny, David Ospina, Calum Chambers, Carl Jenkinson, Mat Debuchy, Kieran Gibbs, Jack Wilshere, Joel Campbell, Takumo Asano, Chuba Akpom, Jon Toral, Lucas Perez.

Really DJ..Asano? Or you mean on loan?

posted on 5/7/17

Asano hasn't got a work permit and will stay at Stuttgart this season.

Don't see us being able to sell all the others either, so more may be loans.

Agree apart from Chambers who will stay with Arsenal this season and one of Wojciech Szczesny, David Ospina.

I think Wilshere stays depending on his injury return and form in pre season. There's a lot of deadwood though that needs to be rid. Hopefully Alexis and Ozil aren't part of the group that leaves.

None of you have named Sanchez?

He'll be leaving Arsenal quicker than money from a hoe to her pimp

Leaving quicker than money from a hoe to a pimp sounds very quick. Yet he still hasn't left.

If he wanted to leave that badly he would've handed in a transfer request. You're talking rubbish again I see.

According to the Daily Mirror, Sanchez has told Arsenal he wants a staggering £400,000-a-week to stay at the Emirates.

The demand has led to a contract stand-off as the Gunners are believed to be unwilling to meet the figure, instead seeing £275,000 to be a sufficient sum

If Sanchez leaves it's not the end of the world

Would love him to stay but if he really wants that much or he wants to go then so be it

We move on

Hopefully giroud to Everton will be one but I'd love to take Perez also, we were a bit unlucky we didn't get him last summer after arsenal poached him last minute

posted on 5/7/17

Like to see Perez get another season, will get games on a Thursday in the Ropey cup.

Any chance Cazorla may be left out of the initial 25 man squad? Doesn't sound like he will be close to a return until at least December - may as well add him back in come January if hes on track.

posted on 5/7/17

Cazorla expected to be back in October. The reported setback is bollox.

19 - Bellerin (homegrown)
20 - Ramsey (homegrown)
21 - Holding (homegrown)
22 - Walcott (homegrown)
23 - Welbeck (homegrown)

Temporarily omitted - Cazorla

Sold/Loan - Debuchy, Gibbs, Jenkinson, Ospina, Sczcsny, Perez, Sanogo, Campbell, Akpom, Asano, Chambers.

That exclusions list is pretty dire and wouldn't leave us worse off as a squad in terms of quality. It also leaves space for 2 non-homegrown signings.

Not a bad position if we can get rid of that deadwood. Assuming missing something glaringly obvious.

Assuming I'm not***

And GT, can we be confident that's true? I'm not even confident that anybody at the clubs understand what is wrong with Santi.
