Don't deserve to sign him with that attitude. Are you one of those that just watches his team. Pathetic.

He'd be a very typical Liverpool signing. Decent enough player but not shopping at the top table there are you?

Surely you should be competing for better players than that.

watched a 10 minute 2016/17 you tube vid of him...looks like hes better than whoever the best LB in the world is.

Seriously, he looks pretty decent and fast, seems like he is decent player. About time we had some scots playing for us again, if he turns out like the other scots we had, cool by me

Same could be said for lindelof!

Is he better than the leftbacks we have at the minute?

Yes!

Will we lose money on him at £8m?

No!

What I've seen, pretty good player. Fast, decent delivery, not a bad player at all. In fact, wouldn't be adverse having him at Utd.

Can't really go wrong at that price but I do question whether he's good enough to make the step up.

From what I've seen his positives attributes are good positional awareness, has a decent cross and is obviously naturally left footed which may help us.

Hull were very poor at the back last season though and you've got to say he's partially at fault for that.

He's a good player and was touted as a future star from a young age. He hasn't yet lived up to that but if we could get him below £10m and that allows us to get our other targets, I'd be more than happy with that.

Charlie Adam?

I'd put along the same level as Davies at Spurs!

Don't see it as an amazing signing but a good one to improve us, he's got to be better than Moreno!

Fast is probably the last word I'd use to describe Charlie Adam.

Better going forward than defending, allows players to just swan past him with little emphasis on trying to stop them

As part of an awful hull defence. He's no Shaw defensively, but is better in attack. Shame we can't combine the two.

I'm sure people said that about Ben Davies when you signed him.

I thought Robertson was GOOD at defending and positionally very good.

Ben Davies joined as back up and I'm sure his reputation was bigger than Robertson's, plus he was younger

You thought we should sign Scott Parker!

We've always had a Scottish player in our squad when we've won the league, just saying

posted on 15/7/17

He's got pl experience and Klopp clearly still sees Milner as his first choice so this makes sense

posted on 15/7/17

So he will be backup instead of Moreno or Flanagan

posted on 15/7/17

Actually i will add, as long as he has a decent left foot and is better positionally than moreno then he is in!

LB isnt massive in terms of a major position in the team...just a half decent one will do.

God you are clueless!

In most teams formations nowadays the fullbacks are the main source of whith!

I still think Milner will start but from the little I've seen of Robertson he'll be a decent option in certain games and situations whilst also helping the former out with workload in a busy season. He'll stretch teams and change our attacking patterns.

Trippier came from Burnley and now he's playing for England.

If we play Cout or Mane left it doesn't help with Milner also bwing right footed and at £8m (?) then it's relatively risk free in this market.
