Yep it's effectively like having a job at 9 for Christ sake, he more than likely be some washed up no mark by 18 hooked on all sorts.
Not sure what the problem is... here the kid is have fun on and off the pitch and making money for his troubles.
Nine year olds in Africa are on the streets hustling for their families and not having nearly as much fun or making nearly as much dough...
Ties in very well with the utter joke, the embarrassment modern footy has become.

Simple fact that his father has made his money and has the responsibility to provide his child with what he can. Not use him as some sort of performing monkey!
Those kids in Africa have a need to to what they do, how ever wrong the fact is that they have to do it.
Don't see the problem is.
He'd fit in nicely with our youth academy. A loan or two to help his development then finally bring him back to be sold off for thruppence
well we don''t know the details, on the outside it seems weird, most of us live normal lives, but i'd suspect a Kluivert name lives a certain way of life.
kid looks happy enough, and these young'uns today are so damn smart.
i'm gonna bet you go on his instagram,, i'm sure he's riding a bike or doing 9 yr old things that a 9 yr old would do in 2017.
Aren't you supposed to be 13 years old to sign up on social media?

And providing for his child doesn't include entrepreneurial skills?? Don't see anywhere in that article where it says the kid isn't going to school or getting the right kind of exercise or being of anything by his father or being abused.
The young man is using his father's name (like millions around the world) to get ahead in life... If you don't like it look the other way...
All I see is a father setting his kid up for success...
We could always sign him, wait til hes 16, let him go to Ajax for £5 and buy back 2 years later for 58 trillion (which is where transfer fees will be in 10 years)
*or of being deprived of anything by his father
