Solution 1: FIFA step in and sanction the deal
Solution 2: Neymar sues Barcelona and La Liga for breach of contract
football is one big money laundering scam
Don't like it when the shoe is on the other foot do they?
Releases clauses have precedent in Spanish courts. So not sure what the huffing and puffing La Liga can do. I am glad La Liga realise the moves ramifications though.
Financial Fair Play is another issue altogether. And its for the French league to sanction PSG. Again nothing to do with La Liga.
Imagine it going to court and the court deciding there was a breach of contract and it entitles Neymar to leave for free...
"La Liga is positing that state-backed clubs that compete using 'financial doping' could destabilise professional football in Europe".

so that time the Spanish govt bought Madrids training ground to bail them out of debt and fund a galactico spree....

Local council of Madrid just to be accurate.
Remember when £200m clauses where inserted because they were so ridiculous they'll never be met?..

Messi's release clause in 300m. Neymar for 200m or Messi for 300m?

Its still ridiculous when you look at the value of clubs. Arsenal valued at £1.3Bn? Is Neymar worth 15% of Arsenal? Of course not.
Which is why people are way of the mark if they think Neymar was purchased for footballing reasons.
Jeez,
Ronaldo's buyout clause is supposedly £1bn. That is some kind of serious 'keep your hands off' clause.
