The site is HTML5 and lightweight enough to be browsed from a smart-phone, typical page being 6K with caching. Native apps add little over what we have and are not on our critical path. We use smartphones 30% of the time.

No. There isn't an app. The Admin have advised mobile phone users to use the Safari browser in the past, to goto the site, so I think that is still the best option.
Why the sad face?
Simply install Safari. Then browse to ja606. Easy.
I'm currently using my Android phone and bolt mini browser.

i just saw the 'there isnt an app' and stopped reading and cried. i've already got safari.
I virtually only use an iPhone to access the site. It looks great with the retina display
