Used to watch it when i used to run, now it just makes me feel old and fat. Occasionally flick it on the TV, for the big finals.
I used to be able to run at just under 12s at school, after a pre race meal of a couple of pasties and an iced doughnut, washed down with a bottle of coke.

I don't think anyone would see it if I posted it there.. Football and athletics are quite related anyway

Was 11.2s for the 100m at 15, but was the third fastest runner at the club in my age group. So I used to run 1500 instead.
Bolt looked a bit laboured.. be sad if he retires on a low. Christian Coleman seems the biggest threat. Ran a 9.82 this year which would maybe be enough to win. Britain's greatest hope Mo Farah coming up soon
Farah is letting the whole country down! What a let down from the Somalian
Go Farah!
Deserves a knighthood!
That was a brilliant race.
Thought they were going to bring him down at one point
Yeah it was a tense last few laps. Weird seeing Bolt in second even in a semi. If Coleman repeats his 9.82 that he did a few months ago then I think he'll win.
But I don't think he will.. I'm saying Bolt to win in around 9.85 with Coleman silver and Gatlin bronze
