Isco is fantastic. First time I've really watched him.

Matic also looks very good - tough in the tackle and good on the ball - some nice forward passes from him.

Matic has been quality, Pogba and herrera seem to be sluggish and still on holiday

Started well and finished with a bit more impatius but that middle part we were dominated, need to use the ball better, no point having lingard and miki in a team that's not getting much ball, swap them with martial and rash second half and we might still turn It around,

Our inabioity to keep the ball is so frustrating. Madrid are different class.

Matic has really impressed me too. Herrera has been anonymous.

Matic has been our best midfielder

Players more deserving of criticism in that half than matic

I see stretty is trying to belittle matic.... What a shock.

The guy has had no preseason and still looks good.

Not really. Pogba has done some good things.

We're not playing bad though.It's just Real are a class above.
Think Smalling,Matic,Valencia and occasionally Lukaku have been our brighter players.

We won't be playing quality like this every week. Still think we have a chance if we get the subs right.

Lingard off he's doing fack all

We're playing 433 with average fullbacks and no wingers. Our goals tally won't improve much until we sort that.

Miki is a fantastic player but not in that position he isn't. Lingard is a very lucky lad to be on 100,000 a week at Utd.

100% the midfield 5 have been atrocious. Get Rashford and Martial on, at least they will do something with the ball attacking wise.

Valencia and matic by far our best players in that half, everyone else has been average at best,

I thought Darmian was pretty poor

Lindelof has been a car crash... Id get blind on with smalling

We're playing 5-3-2 for the most part

Magic, lindelof, lingard, darmian, all been complete chit.

No ones been good though.
