It'll fold of its own accord if it's that bad
Is this the league cup? Or the lower divisions version of it?
The Challenge Cup
Petrofac when Rangers were in it.
The one that United won last season.

That'll be why I didn't know anything about it then
Does anyone really care, or pay attention to it?
It's like the Johnstone's Paint trophy in England.. had no idea what it was until I chanced upon the final on Sky one day. They were doing everything to bum it up but I couldn't even tell you who was playing.. it was that crap
The trophy in itself is largely an irrelevance but it does look like the idea of the Colts teams in it may have been the wrong one.
Still not against the idea of our development squad having a team in the lower league's consistently as it would enhance their development in my opinion but in terms of just in this competition it has been made to look rather silly.

Mind as a kid, stealing Bon Accord bottles off of doorsteps.. tanning the bottle and then putting it into the shop for 20p 😂
The clots thing could only work if it was a group format like the league cup. Otherwise what is the point. It doesn't exactly give them experience if they only play 90 minutes. What can they learn before the don't play it again for a year if they are still young enough a year later.
I like the idea, nice to see the Irish and Welsh teams take part and the colts.
Brings the wee ego bassas doon to earth getting pumped by mechanics and dockworkers
Not keen on the colt teams being involved, I would be more for junior clubs getting in. Actually find it more interesting with different clubs from the British Isles. That didn't stop me laughing at the Welsh giants TNS getting pumped 4-1 by St Mirren though
