Rowett also wants pace, Vydra, Weimann, Nugent, Lawrence and even Russell give you that, you have to wonder if Martin will like life on the bench.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but CM has played in 2 games, both 433, with no support from the midfield, which contained Butterfield. I think we need to see him play with a more dynamic midfield, or in a different formation, where someone links up with him, before we write him off !

I think you're right, tommo and I don't think he'll like being a sub at all. But I don't think 'we' should conclude something is wrong with his head on the strength of a couple of mediocre performances.
4231 was an improvement, but I need to see a few more of those, before I'm convinced that Nugent & Vydra are the definitive answer
