I think the best solution for you is to get a SIM only deal with For example after a quick look 3 are doing unlimited data for £24 per month. You would then get a Chromecast which wirelessly casts your phone's screen to your TV. You then have free options like Mobdro or the better option of signing up for the app on the IPTV provider I'm on and using it via your phone, whilst streaming it to your TV using the Chromecast.

You could also use the SIM to tether to laptops tablets etc, which will be a much quicker speed than DSL.

I'm with 3 myself and after running a speedtest just now I am getting 39Mb with only 2 bars signal and 29 ping which is around about normal.

Oh and you'd also be able to take your phone with you and have TV anywhere.

Did three not block tethering on the new unlimited sim deals. Many of the other unlimited providers, like giff gaff, give you the first 5—8GB at 4g then,throttled you down to 512kbps for the remaining. So although technically unlimited its no use for streaming.

Ah yes. I'm not sure on the specifics in regards to 3 but I remember my broadband went off a few weeks ago and I went to tether only for it to tell me that I had to buy a data bolt on. So I wasn't allowed to use the data I actually pay for and in fact had to buy separate data to use.

However if you look at the link below there's a plan for £20 a month which includes a hotspot and 30Gb data allowance. There's also something there called 'Go Binge' which I don't have time to look in but could be of benefit.

Bought an Amazon box today to replace the firestick, connected it via Ethernet and the IPTV is now flawless. 👍

If you give me your email and let me know when you want to do it, I'll ask the group to accept you. Not tonight though as I'm dying. Any receiver with Enigma2 or any IPTV receiver(2gb recommended) will do. Even if you have an LG or Samsung smart tv, there's apps for them without the need for a receiver.

They send you a link and you enter your card details, then send them a photo of the confirmation email.

I just bought a firestick 2nd gen as the android box was not good enough. Pausing, buffering, jittering.

I gotta say I've been using it for about an hour now using smart iptv app and it's flawless. Quicker loading the channels and not a glitch in sight at the moment.

Will see tonight what it's like during the Chelsea Watford game.

I use a android box ( T8V ) downstairs and a fire stick up stairs and can’t tell the difference but the fire stick cost £70 less

You probably have a good android box then hengy
Mine was about 30 pounds but it did have 2gig of ram but kept on buffering and it was very slow

This firestick is so much quicker
