Talks at an advanced stage...

Surely it's him or Souza. Not both

That would be a great signing for Westbrom, he was quality at Sevilla.

I've got a Polish scrabble set and it's only worth 6 points on there.

Sky sources: @KieranGibbs close to finalising £7m move to @WBA from @Arsenal after completing a medical. #SSN

Wow, where the hell's this come from?!

Krychowiak was in the La Liga team of the season a couple of years ago. He was also the 5th most expensive transfer last summer across the whole of Europe ahead of the likes of Alvaro Morata!

Great signing if it comes off though i'm hoping for at least one more creative player to come in.

Paddy Power‏@paddypower
In a summer filled with madness, Grzegorz Krychowiak has forgotten how good he is and is set to sign for West Brom on loan.

7 mill for Gibbs might be one of the steals of the transfer window.

Says he delighted to play for the baggies and has already changed his picture to himself in a Baggies top

KIERAN Gibbs joins Albion with a wealth of Premier League and international experience.

With ten England caps and over 200 appearances for the Gunners, Gibbs began his career in Wimbledon's academy before joining Arsenal in 2004.

He signed his first professional contract with the North London outfit in September 2007 and made his first-team debut in a Carabao Cup tie against Sheffield United a month later. A loan spell at Norwich followed in the second half of the 2007/08 season, where he made seven Championship appearances.

Gibbs joins Albion
Pulis pleased with 'quality' addition
The 27-year-old earned his Arsenal breakthrough the following season and made over 20 appearances in all competitions.

Gibbs won the first of his England caps in August 2010 in a friendly win over Hungary at Wembley and went on to make 20 appearances for Arsenal that same season. He became Arsene Wenger's first choice left-back after Gael Clichy's departure for Manchester City in 2011.

He had a strong campaign in 2011/12, making over 20 appearances, before going on to play more than 30 times the following year.

Kieran played in Arsenal's 2013/14 FA Cup Final victory over Hull City - and Jake Livermore - and featured again the following season as the Gunners repeated the feat. He also played in both Community Shield victories in 2014 and 2015.

A Champions League debut came in 2008 against Porto, and Gibbs bagged his first European goal in a 3-0 win away at Fenerbahce in 2013.

His most recent England appearance was in the 2-0 win over France in November 2015, a month that also saw Gibbs cement his name in the history books after scoring the 24,000th goal of the Premier League era with a strike against local rivals Tottenham.

He made a total of 22 appearances for Arsenal last season as they finished fifth in the top-flight and won the FA Cup for the third time in four years

On paper, this is looking like as good a window we have ever had.
All the signings so far, are very promising and Pulis has some selection headaches ahead of him.
I was surprised that Pulis committed to the club a while back when we had spent, relatively, so little. Clearly he believed that the club does have ambition and was prepared to back him.

The De Souza deal must be off then. I'd imagine Field will go out on loan too.

I wonder if Evans is having second thoughts?!

Can't wait to find out what other business we do!!!

But but but....

according to the guys on Sportsbabble WBA, nobody wants to play under Pulis. How will we ever attract anyone of quality with TP in charge?
