The site is HTML5 it might look old but isn't. You need IE7+

Strict policies on downloading stuff in work, though. Only the elf can do it, and only pre-approved and standard stuff.
you can download at home and run without installing.
You'll have to humour me, here, but how does stuff I download at home help with my work machine?
Copy it on usb memory stick and run it from that.
