Maybe the older generation but the younger generation definitely manage their own accounts.
Yes the publicity and marketing posts will be done by their PR agent but the day to day stuff is definitely them.
Pogba is going to be footballers version Spencer Stasmore.

Nobody could be that cool, could they?
Lemar was never going to go to Arsenal, why would he? They are further from a title shot than they ever have been, they haven't a hope of finishing top 4 and are competing in the EL.
Be shocked if Lemar moved to United, think you will go back in for Greizmann and potentially Bale or Perisic.

Perhaps shocked wasn't the right word, very very surprised. He doesn't strike me as a mourinho player, I haven't seen tons of him but what I have seen he didn't look like a super hard worker defensively, and that's something Jose likes from his wide players.

So does Pogba's Twitter manager follow him around and take photos of him in the changing rooms with his team mates? Give your head a wobble!
To be fair you don't need many brain cells to know that Arsenal are in disarray and would be very bad for your career to join them.

Pretty much, have to be mad to leave Monaco for this current Arsenal.
Surely what he's doing is just another form of tapping up. AgentP should be reprimanded by the governing bodies
All joking aside, they are in absolute disarray. I honestly don't see them getting in the top 4 again this season. They might even finish as low as 7th or 8th this season. Wenger really has his work cut out to galvanise the team, but if they lose a few more games in the next few weeks they could capitulate. I wouldn't be at all surprised if Wenger loses his job this season.

In the main, top players all have social media departments/representatives. Who manage and control a great deal of content.
Understand Pogba is an Adidas athlete, and if like Ozil, Adidas will also have full access to Pogba’s Twitter account. Much like some of his other corporate partners.
Of course players can post content in isolation, but the notion that elite footballer's social media accounts are exclusively managed by themselves is incorrect.

No one has said that only the elite footballer's manage their social media accounts. Those are your words. But in respect to this particular Tweet, with Pogba cheekily suggesting he is working on Lemar, I am pretty sure that is his own work.

Why you deleting that elvis? As if pogba can go around influencing transfers, it's absurd and should be treated with contempt it deserves.
I deleted the comment because it didn't offer anything to the discussion. I don't even know who or what it was aimed it. It was pointless.

It was aimed at the nonsense about pogba influencing deals via twitter. Which is just that, utter codswallop. Not aimed at any individual.
