cant answer that as an overall.
The only positive thing is that we still exsist, so obviously the club itself is in a much better position.
On the pitch, team, manager etc I thinks its exactly the same to be honest
I'd go for 2. We are a Club that is rising from the ashes, we have an ambious chairman, debt free, an infrastructure that is in the process of becoming a sound one, a team with good players, but we have a dinosaur of a manager with 30 year old tactics and man managment skills of an 18th century slave driver....still I think we'll have a better season once Meggy either see's sense and changes his way's (In which there is more chance of us winning the Champions League this season) or he gets the bullet before its too late!
Part of me preferred struggling on with the debts. At least then we had an excuse.
On another note we stuffed your City Rivals for you. After first game of season some Owls Fans invaded our Boards giving it large because we drew and you won. One even said
" Get used to looking up at the Owls, it will be all season"
The Owls can have an impact this season in this division if they change on piece of the structure...........Megson
We will be fine last season we went top after stuffing Hartlepool then nose dived. This season we could well do the opposite.
I agree we cant answer this as a whole.
Wre miles better off with MM the debt is gone and were on a sound footing.
However i think we possibly worse off on field.... not attacking imputus what so ever, and a dodgy back line. Megsons tactics are awful and even tho i was never a fan i have backed him but how long can we put up with it ?? If we leave it too late we'll end up blowing our chances again !
ive sent megson a dvd of towns performance last night with a sticky note attached saying. take note this is how its done.
you might be an improved team come saturday if he watches it
Is this where it's come to, remember when we almost disappeared? lets compare everything to our darkest hour so it doesn't look so bad.
Think we are in a better place as we still have a team that is great at times and equally as awful a times. So same old same old. But to put us in that better place we have no debt have a club a chairman who won't throw money away just for the sake of it.
Stateside - no matter what you compare it to it's going to look bad int it. but at least we are not in Plymouths situation.
Indeed, at least we're not another dissolving club. Things are really looking up at S6
Glad you can see that mate
No attacking impetus, yet we have the highest scorer in the league.
